Full job description :

  • Scheduling guest appointments.
  • Greeting Visitors & Guest.
  • Maintaining guest personal records & other documents.
  • Maintaining guest medical record documents.
  • Assisting patients / guests in filling the the registration forms.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Transferring phone calls.
  • Patient / guest registration according to protocols.
  • Adhering to health care regulations.
  • Coordinating with Administration tasks.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and other service staffs.
  • Stock and inventory management.
  • Allotting rooms for patients / guest.
  • Coordinating with all inter departments.
  • Following up with patient / guest payments.
  • Drafting emails on guest / patient availability status.
  • Booking appointments by phone.
