Refund & Cancellation Policy – The Healing Hills

To ensure fairness and effective scheduling of treatments and accommodation, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all confirmed bookings at The Healing Hills.

Cancellation & Refund Structure

1.1 Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Check-In

  • Guests are eligible for a 100% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Refunds will be processed only through Bank transfer within the standard processing timeline.

1.2 Cancellation 15 Days Before Check-In

  • Guests are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • The remaining 50% will be retained towards administrative and reservation costs.

1.3 Cancellation Within 7 Days of Check-In

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
  • However, guests will be permitted to reschedule their treatment program within one (1) year from the original date of booking, subject to availability.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduled stays are subject to room availability and applicable seasonal tariff differences.
  • If the revised booking falls under a higher tariff period, the guest will be required to pay the price difference.
  • Rescheduling is permitted only once per booking unless otherwise approved by management.

No-Show Policy

  • In case of a no-show without prior written communication, the booking will be treated as a cancellation within 7 days, and no refund will be applicable.
  • Rescheduling may be considered at management discretion.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Any transaction or bank charges incurred during payment processing are non-refundable.

Special Conditions

  • In cases of medical emergencies (with valid documentation), management may review the cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
  • The Healing Hills reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.

Government Taxes:

All government taxes are additional and will be levied according to prevailing charges during the stay.

Credit/Debit Card Cancellations BEFORE PAYMENT TO THE HEALING HILLS HOLISTIC NATUROPATHY CENTER PRIVATE LIMITED:
Cancellations made through credit/debit cards will be subject to charges determined by the service provider.

Room Reservation:

Room reservations are held tentatively for 24 hours and are confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance payment and approval of a satisfactorily filled health and wellness questionnaire.

Booking Confirmation:

All bookings are subject to confirmation upon approval of the Guest Registration questionnaire and receipt of 100% advance payment at least 15 days prior to arrival. For credit card authorization bookings, the confirmation voucher will initially show a tentative status, with cancellation terms applicable.

Policy Changes:

We reserves the right to change, amend,modify, add, or delete any policies at any time without prior notice. Such changes are considered final and binding.

Modification of Confirmed Booking:

A confirmed booking can only be modified if advised by the practitioners of The Healing Hills Holistic Naturopathy Center Private Limited.

Last-Minute Bookings:

For bookings made less than 15 days prior to arrival, the advance must be received within one working day of reservation, or the booking will be automatically released.
