- Guests are advised to bring their medical & clinical report for the consultation.
- Admission to The Healing Hills is subject to the following conditions:
- Pregnant women and children under 14 years of age will not be admitted.
- It is not advisable to undergo treatments during your menstrual cycle. Therefore, please ensure that you are not menstruating or expecting menstruation during your defined period of stay.
- Your weight must be within 130 kgs.
- No recent surgery or valve replacement, and your recent ECG must be normal.
- You should be able to walk and climb staircases without assistance.
- Your hemoglobin level must be above 8 gms.
- You should not be suffering from hernia, skin diseases, heart ailments, major physical or visual disabilities, or have any addictive habits.
- If there are significant alterations to your medical information or body weight following your booking confirmation, kindly notify us promptly. Should such changes be identified by our medical staff upon your arrival, admission may be declined, and any deposits may be forfeited.
- Guests are encouraged not to bring valuable items, as the management cannot assume responsibility for their security.
- The Healing Hills strictly prohibits the presence of any edibles, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, or drugs on the premises.
- Regrettably, we cannot permit guests to bring their pets with them.
- Every guest holds equal importance to us. We do not adhere to political, cultural, or social standards where specific individuals are designated as VIPs. Consequently, the wellness center cannot accommodate guests who necessitate personal security, pre-arrival inspections, or other security procedures that may disrupt the experience for our guests, team, or the peaceful ambiance at The Healing Hills.
- We cannot allow any personal attendants or staff members to accompany a guest unless they are not included in the treatment package. Our guidelines and restrictions apply consistently to all guests.
- The Healing Hills is exclusively open to resident guests. If resident guests wish to meet with someone not staying at The Healing Hills, we kindly request that they do so briefly in the lobby without affecting your scheduled treatment plans. (Preferably 1:30pm to 2:30 pm).
- If a guest needs to leave the campus for any reason, it will be considered as a check-out, and the remaining fee will be lost.
- We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of the privacy and tranquility of those in their vicinity.
- Carrying or attempting to bring firearms or any other dangerous items onto our premises not only endangers the safety of others but also violates our rules and regulations. Please be aware that any violation of this policy may result in immediate expulsion from the premises, and we will not hesitate to involve law enforcement authorities if necessary.
- Outside food items are restricted.
- Slow poisoning items like tea, coffee, alcohol, cigarette, any form of tobacco products, aerated soft drinks, are strictly prohibited.
- Patients are advised to bring comfortable clothing wear according to the seasons. Yoga & Gym wear, Shorts/Track Suites & Walking Shoes is compulsory.
- Pick up and drop facility available on chargeable basis.
- Govt Taxes & Levis, as may be applicable as per the taxation policy for all payments.
- Laboratory Test, Laundry, and other facilities will be charged extra as per tariff.
- Tariffs, Policies, Rules, and regulations are subject to change with prior notice.
- Management reserves the right to take a final & binding decision in case of any disputes.
Our Rules and Disciplines are planned for a comfortable and result oriented wellness program.
- Every therapy and diet have its own specific clinical and therapeutic effect so personal choice is totally discouraged.
- Therapies will be served only during the given time and schedule, except in case of emergency.
- Daily wellness& Diet schedule should be followed. Exchange of prescribed diet is strictly prohibited.
- Mobile phones are not allowed during consultation, in therapy center, yoga & kriya session, wellness group discussion and diet time.
- Self – medication is strictly prohibited. Any form of medication should be under the direction of the concerned doctor.
- Guests are not permitted to go out of the premises.
- Kindly refrain from bringing valuable items. Personal valuable items will be taken care of by the guest at his/her risk.
- Minimize the usage of electronic devices during the stay to get maximum benefit of the wellness program.
- Keep noise levels to a minimum in shared spaces to maintain a tranquil atmosphere. Use headphones when listening to music or watching videos.
- Usage of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, or drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Respect the privacy of other guests and staff members. Do not take photos or videos as it violates the center’s policy.
- Follow all safety guidelines and rules for equipment, facilities, and activities. Report any safety concerns or accidents immediately to staff.
- If you have concerns or feedback, communicate them to the staff through the designated channels provided by the center.
Always be sure to review and adhere to the specific rules and regulations of the wellness center, as we have our own unique policies and procedures.
These guidelines are designed to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and promote the overall wellness and comfort of the facility.
Pre-Arrival Checklist
- Guests should carry their personal ID proof at the time of admission.
- At the time of admission, guests must bring the reservation confirmation letter/WhatsApp message/Receipt sent by the center.
- Medical Reports (Blood/X Ray/Ultrasound/MRI scan)
- All Prescribed Medicines with Prescription
- COVID 19 requirements as per the recent Health ministry advice
- Guests are advised to bring comfortable clothing wear according to the seasons. Yoga & Gym wear, Shorts/Track Suites & Walking Shoes is compulsory.
