Things which can be improved.
1. Room cleanliness : Even though the rooms are maintained well, there are small niggles which can be improved. Ex : exhauast fan dust in bath room.
2. Massages : The therapist were good. This isnt a complain. However me being an active sports person, i am not new to world of physio therapies and massages. I felt the msaages were more on the lighter side like a indian verison of mallish. ( nothing wrong in it ) but i felt there is scope of improvement.
Lastly a big thanks you to doctor jayshree , rohit , therapist prajesh , james and sales team nagaraj for their help in every step. I enjoyed my stay. I am sure i will turn up again.
Food was tasty and good Chef Abu, Saravana and Team.. no milk, sugar, onion, Garlic included. Timely served with happy faces.
Doctor (Jayashree) are friendly and helpful. Yoga happens in morning and evening it's really refreshing.
Treatment is good . I had my massage with Anjitha, she is really skilled.
Room was spacious and neat with balcony however with A/C
Suggestions-
Rooms are neat, however minors issues in bathrooms and cockroach are found in rooms and bathroom.
Need to brief on the treatment and massages before recommending and also get the guest suggestions and requirements to avoid confusion and surprises.
Therapist James was exemplary and very professional.
Mr Nagaraj has been very helpful on clarifying all the queries patiently and enabling the decision making. Rohit in front office lifts the charm of the place.
Physiotherapy is also provided here additionally with a lot of attention and useful guidance from the physio.
Overall a great experience and absolutely felt rejuvenated - the treatment provided was absolutely tailormade for the issues discussed with the Dr. Best place at an affordable cost and highly recommended.
Atmosphere was nice, quiet,clean.All the staff was very nice and friendly.
Regarding doctor experience, Dr.Sona is amazing , she understands what i need without asking.Everything explained simply.
Regarding Dr Kavya, maybe she wasted my early days, i don't know if she has her personal problem, she was not kind and little be rude.
Dr. Sasidaran was nice and gave me some good suggestions regarding my 10 hour standing work.
Regarding therapist shijo was amazing.Jitesh & vijay was okay.
Restaurante was neat and clean. Satvik food was nice. The kitchen chef and staff were very nice.
Overall, all the staff was amazing.
Regarding 10 days of treatment, I am satisfied with all of the professional services.

Some suggestion
Arrange a sitting bench in the garden.
During the shower, hot water takes a lot of time to come so there is a lot of water draining ( almost 10 to 15 minutes ).
In the future in India there is a water problem as per global weather.
After consultation with the doctor provide a schedule of treatments to the customer with explained benefits.

Sona & Kavya: the consulting doctors at healing tree engaged with us on all days through yoga and consulting sessions. The interactions with them made us feel like being with a family than a patient doctor relationship.
Massage team (Kumar, Vijay & Shija). All of them took care of my massage and other treatments on various days. They are the best masseurs in my experience. They treated me like a VIP than a customer or guest. Their customer service attitude is unbelievable. Thanks guys for your commendable service.

Even though we didn't have major ailment or pain, we had minor knee pain. The physio at healing hills was very experienced and did his best to alleviate the pain within the first few days. Thanks Sir. (Sorry I forgot your name)
Most importantly the team behind the kitchen was amazing. They made each meal as tastier and healthier possible with all diet limitations set by doctors( only satvic food grocery is given). Special mention to Prabhu who served us with care.
Beyond the mentioned team there were many others ( treatment room receptionist lady from Nagaland, watchman, etc) helped our stay more joyful and memorable .
